IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and YBswap.COM ("We"). By accessing our platform or using our decentralized routing interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the YBswap.COM website.

2. Scope of Service & Non-Custodial Nature

YBswap operates purely as a technical interface and decentralized web application layer. We provide users with a non-custodial cross-chain crypto exchange router.

2. 服务范围与非托管特征： YBswap 纯粹作为一个技术层接口与去中心化路由应用。我们为您提供非托管（Non-Custodial）的换币智能路由工具。

3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

By interacting with YBswap, you guarantee that you are not a citizen, resident, or entity of the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, and Syria.

3. 禁止的司法管辖区： 使用本平台即代表您承诺自身不属于以下受限制或制裁区域的公民、居民或法律实体：美国、古巴、伊朗、朝鲜、克里米亚、苏丹、叙利亚。

4. Digital Asset Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency exchange markets carry intense volatility. Users carry 100% absolute responsibility for entering accurate recipient wallet addresses.

5. Irreversibility & Refund Exceptions

Due to the decentralized mathematical immutability of distributed ledger technology, all broadcasted blockchain transactions are completely permanent and irreversible.

6. Automated AML, KYC & Risk Flags

Our networks deploy real-time automated risk engine scanners. If an interactive wallet address triggers severe compliance alerts, YBswap reserves the right to pause processing.

6. 自动 AML/KYC 政策与风险触发： 平台部署有自动风险扫描系统。一旦系统检测到输入的链上地址涉及黑名单恶意洗钱源，本平台保留拦截或暂停交易的权利。

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum limit permitted under applicable law, the YBswap core operation team and tech stack providers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses.
